Terms & Conditions;
- 'AMK Car Care' refers to the company AMK Car Care ABN 96402680254.
- 'We', 'Our', 'Us', "I" refers to the company AMK Car Care.
- 'You', 'Your', 'Client', 'Customer', 'Consumer' refers to any clients or visitors to the site, amkcarcare.com.au
- 'Service/s', refers to the repair and maintenance of automotive vehicles as offered by AMK Car Care.
- 'Automotive', refers to the any automobile/car need.
- 'Mobile', 'Mechanic', refers the car repair and maintenance services offered by AMK Car Care, that takes place at a customer's premises.
- 'AEST', refers to the Australian Eastern Standard Time.
- 'AEDT', refers to the Australian Eastern Daylight Time.
- 'Enquire Today', 'Quote', refers to the service/s or automobile repair and maintenance needs requested by You, the consumer, to AMK Car Care for advising on car support and estimated costs.
- 'Brakes Servicing', 'Log Book Servicing', 'Pre-purchase Inspections', 'Battery Replacement', refers to some of the different automobile repair and maintenance components, in which AMK Car Care can provide qualified support for.
- 'Terms & Conditions', refers to the conditions and terms as set out in this document and the Privacy Policy for the AMK Car Care company website, along with any special term and condition agreements made between AMK Car Care, and You, the consumer.
- 'Hourly Rate' is indicative for any time spent on servicing a customers automobile.
Payments and Rates
- All our prices are in AUD, and serve for Australian customers only*.
- After a customer contacts AMK Car Care with their automotive needs, AMK Car Care will firstly identify if their services can support said needs, and then arrange a suitable date and time to visit the customer at their premises, to review, diagnose and quote for the automotive service.
- Once a quote has been provided, the customer will let AMK Car Care know if they wish to proceed with the service, to which AMK Car Care will complete the job as specified.
- Full payment of an automotive service as carried out by AMK Car Care is due upon job completion, and AMK Car Care will provide the customer with an itemised invoice for payment.
- In addition to hourly rates/labour costs, there will be included on a customers itemised invoice, any applicable parts used during the automotive service, prices are subject to individual car and manufacturer specifications.
Business Hours
- 9am-6pm, Mondays to Fridays, and 9am-2pm Saturdays, AEST or AEDT where relevant.
- We respond to each customers enquiry within two business days, and each response will come from the company's designated phone number; 0434 328 532, and/or email address; amkcarcare@gmail.com
Cancellations
- The customer must contact the company, AMK Car Care, via phone or email (0434 328 532, amkcarcare@gmail.com), with more than 24 hours notice where possible, should a cancellation or rescheduling of a booked car service occur.
- Should AMK Car Care arrive at a customers premises, and the customer and their booked car for servicing, not be in attendance/available, then AMK Car Care will attempt 2 points of contact, a call and a message, left to the customers phone, and/or email (if provided), notifying them of the no show and need to reschedule.
- AMK Car Care will not wait at the premises of a customer, for longer than 15 minutes for any scheduled service.
Consumer Responsibilities
- It is the responsibility of You, the consumer, to provide all the contact details outlayed on the Enquire Today form, in order for the company, AMK Car Care to be able to make contact and respond to your enquiry within two business days.
- The company, AMK Car Care, will make two attempts of contact via the company phone number; 0434 328 532, and/or email address; amkcarcare@gmail.com. If after these two contact attempts, You the consumer do not respond, we the company, AMK Car Care will cease to make any further contact.
- It is the responsibility of You, the consumer, to maintain a respectful dialogue when communicating with the company, AMK Car Care. As such the company reserves the right to terminate any form of communication and service if You, the consumer, do not comply with this.
- In turn, the company, AMK Car Care, aims to uphold a respectful duty of care in all the dialogue and forms of communication with have with You, the consumer.
- The company, AMK Car Care, reserves the right to refuse service to any consumer who does not comply with the Terms & Conditions outlined in this document.
Copyright and Ownership
The company, AMK Car Care is bound and protected by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). As such, the company, AMK Car Care reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time and will provide reasonable notice to You, the consumer, when this occurs.
